Tai Chi Chih

T'ai Chi Chih is considered a moving meditation. It is not a martial art or an exercise, but does exercise the internal organs and circulate and balance the great Lift Force we know as Chi or Vital Force. It is 19 movements and 1 posture, and can be learned in about 8 hours of training, with additional practice. TCC has been proven to balance blood pressure, balance weight, stimulate the immune system, and increase bone density, when practiced daily. Many other benefits include better balance for daily activities, lessening of stress, relaxation, and an increased sense of serenity. TCC is done softly, without effort, and no special clothing is required.
