Emotional Bodywork Therapy

What is Emotional Bodywork Therapy, and how can it help me as a client?

Emotional Bodywork Therapy is a wonderful blend of modalities that is used to assist in releasing emotions that hinder healing and well being. I have spent several years developing this technique, and I have seen fabulous results in the health and well being of my clients.

Did you know that human beings are the only animals who have a hard time releasing trauma? All other animals can deal with trauma on a daily basis, shake it off, and carry on with their lives; we, however, are unable to do so. In researching this phenomenon, I have discovered that the rational (human) side of our brains tends to bury trauma by allowing our bodies (tissues) to hold on to these emotions until we are better able to process what has happened to us. If, however, we do not deal with our emotions, we tend to hold these feelings in our tissues indefinitely. This may sometimes lead to pain, disease, and deeper levels of trauma.

Emotional Bodywork Therapy is a journey; it is safe, effective, and private. If you are someone who would like to experience this healing treatment, let me know and I will be glad to give you a free consultation. You can email me at tupeloholisticcenter@gmail.com.

When you come to me for a consultation, we will discuss more about what Emotional Bodywork Therapy is. Up front, though, I would like for you to understand the following: when you come to me for a treatment, I have a wonderful, private space for you to receive therapy. You may want to discuss your issues, or you may prefer to receive a treatment quietly...either is good. Just know that if you need to discuss or express your emotions, everything you say is completely confidential. I respect and honor your privacy; I don't know your spouse, your children, or your church members. I don't want anyone to know what you tell me. As a matter of fact, as soon as you leave, I completely forget anything we discuss. :) These treatments are all about you and your healing. You are special, and you deserve to be in excellent emotional health.
